Acting on behalf of EL Grain (Sewing Machines) Limited, the property management department of Fisher Hargreaves have been appointed to manage the Grains Building located on the corner of High Cross Street and Heathcoat Street in Nottingham City Centre.

The property comprises of two floors of office accommodation, part of which has been let to NCP Services Limited also by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, and a retail unit fronting onto Heathcoat Street occupied by Gee Dee Models.

David Powell, surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented, “Following Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s involvement with the refurbishment of the building and the letting of the office accommodation I was delighted to provide EL Grain (Sewing Machines) Limited with advice on the ongoing management of the premises including advice on lease clauses and service cost recoverability.”

John Grain of EL Grain (Sewing Machines) Limited also commented, “I was looking for someone to facilitate the services at the property thus taking all of the administration away from myself. I am pleased with the advice provided by FHP and the services that they can offer.”
