Property consultants FHP are delighted to announce that they have completed a further letting within The Atrium to Road to Health.  This is a company that provides an online system to calculate how healthy individuals are and offers simple steps to achieve personal health goals.  The company also provides this facility to national and international insurance companies and works alongside individuals to make them healthier and potentially reduce their insurance liabilities.

This letting means that there is currently only 3,000ft² of space available within the Atrium and within the last 12 months alone there has been circa 15,000ft² of lettings done over five separate deals.

James Hartley of FHP commented:

“Road to Health approached FHP in early 2011 looking for a new head office for their high tech organisation.  They spent some time viewing a number of different options both in and out of town and they decided that given the high quality specification of the offices and generous and impressive communal areas within The Atrium that this was the right space for them.  Moving from Bio-City enabled them to accommodate their ambitious expansion plans but also offers them the opportunity to have high quality offices which will improve their client relations and attract a greater workforce.
