The surrender and re-grant of the premises known as 10 County Business Park, Clarke Road, Nottingham has just been executed from Lindab Limited to Plumbline Limited.
The tenant’s were advised by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who successfully negotiated the surrender of their current lease with an unexpired term of two years and two months with a simultaneous new ten year lease with five year break clause going to Plumbline Limited at a rent of £13,750 per annum exclusive.
The surrender has benefitted all parties, it has meant that Lindab Limited no longer have any liability at 10 County Business Park, it has also allowed the Landlord to gain a quality new Tenant in Plumbline Limited who are a very well established Nottingham firm on a new ten year lease.
Billy Wright, who acted on behalf of the Tenant added:-
“With our knowledge of the market we were able to negotiate a fair surrender for Lindab Limited. By taking a proactive approach, we were able to allow the Tenant to concentrate on their core business rather than having to deal with the headache of day to day property affairs.”
