FHP Living have secured the portfolio and lettings role for 57 residential units principally within the Lenton / Dunkirk area and as a consequence of this and also the fact that Henry Shaw who currently works at our Weekday Cross Lettings and Management Office is leaving we now have openings for both an experienced and keen Residential Lettings Negotiator / Manager and a Residential Accounts Clerk.

The private rented sector continues to thrive and we are targeting growth within this sector, particularly as we are now seeing signs that new build, both student led and private rented focused schemes are on the cards.

With our commercial teams also seeing increased activity and with FHP (Commercial Property Consultants) also expanding we are looking for good quality people to help us with this expansion drive.
