FHP Property Consultants are proud to announce that they have been instructed to manage the office development called Poplars Court in Nottingham on behalf of the joint development partners – Sladen Estates and PMB Holdings.

Poplars Court, on which FHP Property Consultants have also been joint letting and selling agents, is an office development sited off Lenton Lane and consists of 16 units ranging in size from 1,383 sqft to 1,620 sqft all built to an exceptionally high standard.  The units are arranged in two blocks set around a central access way and car park, and mature landscaping. Current occupiers range from Graphic Designers, Accountants, Recruitment Agencies, and IT Consultants.

David Powell, Associate Director within the Property Management Department at FHP Property Consultants commented: “We are naturally very pleased to be managing a development as prestigious as Poplars Court. The site offers a variety of accommodation and has been well received on the market so far with 75% of the units being sold or let.  We are undertaking full service charge administration on behalf of our client, and we believe our hands on approach will provide added value for all concerned with the site.  In addition to this we have also been instructed to manage several units on behalf of the freehold owners”.
