Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s property management department have been appointed by RC McInnes to manage their newly acquired premises at Lenton Boulevard. The premises include retail units occupied by Blockbuster, Ladbrokes and Sainsburys as well as seven residential apartments.
Virginia Wills, surveyor in the property management department commented, “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to be instructed by this new client, who was recommended our services by a third party. In addition to this FHP were involved with the original development and investment sale of these premises.”
