FHP are pleased to have acted for ALB Group in the acquisition of the Sailmakers Shopping Centre, Ipswich.
Prominently situated in the City Centre, ALB Group plan to make a significant investment into the space and detailed discussions with new tenants are already ongoing.
Phil Daniels who represented ALB commented:
“Already home to brands such as Boots, HMV, River Island, Iceland, Poundland and Baldwins Department Store, the Sailmakers represents a significant upscaling of activity by the ALB Group. At 160,000ft² this is the largest retail asset acquired by them to date”.
