Property agents Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce that they have successfully completed the letting of the ground floor office suite within Enfield Chambers on Low Pavement in Nottingham City Centre.

The new tenants are Education for the Children a Nottingham based charity which specialises in raising and distributing funds to enhance and support the learning experience of public school students in areas such as Guatemala.

James Hartley, Surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented, “We are delighted to have completed this lease so quickly to Education for the Children.  I think we were able to turn around this letting within a month of viewing the property which was essential for Education for the Children’s needs for a new property.

There are currently three office suites available within Enfield Chambers and the refurbishment works by the landlord mean that this office development truly is unique.”

Alan Chick of Cubic Property Holdings, the landlord, commented, “It is always good to find a charity which is looking to expand and take on extra space and to able to house them, particularly in a recently finished development such as Enfield Chambers.  This mix of retail and residential development really is something to be proud of and we are so delighted to have secured our first tenant within the office element.

There are currently a further three floors available within the development for which interest has been good.  I am sure that once the rest of the suites are finished they will also attract occupiers.”

For further information on this development please contact James Hartley at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor on 0115 9507577.
