FHP SECURE SUB-LETTING TO THE CLASS ACT MUSICAL THEATRE ACADEMY AT LONG HEDGE LANE

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Precious Little Ones have successfully sub-let Units 9 and 10 Long Hedge Lane Industrial Estate in Bottesford, Nottinghamshire until the 1 June 2006 at a rental of £17,505 per annum exclusive to The Class Act Musical Theatre Academy who are a local well established dance school that were desperate for additional accommodation in the area to meet their increasing demands.
