FHP SECURES NEW STORE OPENINGS AT INTU VICTORIA CENTRE

Vision Express, Costa Coffee and OFFICE are opening new stores at Intu Victoria Centre in Nottingham city centre, benefiting from the shopping centre’s £40 million refurbishment and remodelling plans.

Vision Express and Costa Coffee are now open relocating within the centre to 3,250 sq ft and 2,034 sq ft spaces respectively, in the North Mall. Shop frontages in this section have been realigned, opening up the area and giving customers a clear, uncluttered view, improving visibility and offering greater appeal.

OFFICE has moved to the centre from Bridlesmith Gate in Nottingham and are due to open in early October. The major shoe retailer will convert its previous store to an OFFSPRING store, which is OFFICE’s premium trainer offering.  At Intu Victoria Centre, OFFICE is taking 4,258 sq ft, plus 1,751 sq ft separately for storage and staff facilities.  The young and fashionable shoe brands will be a desired addition to the tenant mix, which already includes Monsoon, Topshop and recent openings Superdry and Urban Outfitters.
