Acting on behalf of a private developer client, FHP are delighted to advise that the disposal of this scheme, comprising 16 apartments and 2 town houses, has been concluded to Property for Life.  The sale price of £1.8m equates to £92,000 per apartment and £167,000 per town house, reflecting the part tenanted nature of the property.
