Office News

FHP Property Consultants acting on behalf of London and Scottish Property, retained Asset Managers to Regional REIT PLC, have completed the sale of Stanley House on Talbot Street in Nottingham City Centre.

David Hargreaves, who acted on behalf of London and Scottish Property confirmed that the office building, which provides 32,000 sq ft of offices with 32 car parking spaces, has been sold to BSP Holdings on an unconditional basis for £3,000,000.

David Hargreaves went on to say:

“This property has a unique heritage, having previously been a textile factory and then being converted to offices some 30 years ago.  The property was previously occupied by the Driving Standards Agency and has now been sold with vacant possession.

Its location, very close to Nottingham Trent University’s Main Campus, makes it ideal for both student accommodation and also residential conversion.

However, due to the significant reduction in the supply of offices, the building is also appropriate for offices as well.”

It is understood that BSP Holdings are likely to develop the property for residential purposes and that a Planning Application will be submitted shortly.

FHP acted on behalf of London and Scottish Property, whilst BSP Holdings represented themselves.
