FHP SPRING INTO THE NEW YEAR

FHP acting on behalf of the Leavesley Group are delighted to announce the letting of Unit 3 Erewash Court, Manners Industrial Estate, Ilkeston to Springvale Leisure Limited.  Springvale have taken a new 3 year lease on the 3,371ft² unit.

Employing in excess of 100 staff mainly from the immediate areas of Ilkeston, Springvale is one of the leading major manufacturers of soft furnishings to the caravan industry and supply furnishings, seating, curtains and upholstered furniture for the large twin units and touring caravans. They also provide for hotel and corporate customers as far afield as the Netherlands and Sweden. The additional warehouse will allow them to increase their manufacturing expansion on their 40,000ft² premises situated in their adjacent unit.

Jim Duffield Managing Director at Springvale Leisure commented:
