Acting on behalf of First Quench Retailing Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has disposed of the leasehold interest of 10 Lutterworth Road, Blaby, Leicester to Mind Charity by way of an assignment at nil premium.

The ground floor lock up shop unit which contains 764ft² sales area occupies a prominent location in the popular Leicester suburb and is held on a full repairing and insuring lease expiring on 22nd March 2014 at a current rental of £15,700 pa.

Mark Bradley who acted for the assignor commented:-

“Blaby is a popular suburb of Leicester and very few shop units come to the market within the prime pitch and it was therefore anticipated that, despite the economic climate, a disposal would be achievable within a relatively short timescale.”

FHP are retained by First Quench to dispose of their surplus properties throughout the East Midlands and East Anglia and further details of available properties can be obtained by contacting Mark Bradley on markb@fhp.co.uk or 0115 8411137.
