The surrender of the premises known as 1^st Floor, 11 – 13 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham have just been executed from HR GO (Nottingham) Limited t/a Staffsign to the Landlord/Developer Megaclose Limited.

The Tenants were advised by Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who successfully negotiated a £25,000 premium for the unexpired term of 7 years.

This surrender has worked well for both parties enabling Megaclose Limited to implement their conversion plans to create 17 student flats within the property and it has enabled HR GO (Nottingham) Limited to upgrade their operating premises.

Angela Burton of Staffsign Limited commented:-

“As the move became more imminent the negotiations on the surrender lease were a high priority and to a certain degree an unknown territory.
