FHP WORK IN TANDEM AT BRIDGFORD ROAD

The letting of Suite 2, Step Enterprise House, Bridgford Road has just completed to Salamanda Tandem.  The suite which extends to 376ft² was let by Alastair Fearn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor on behalf of Step Enterprise.

Step Enterprise acquired the property from FHP a number of years ago and carried out a high quality refurbishment program to create offices for themselves as well as providing 3 individual suites on the ground floor and space for individuals to operate from on the upper floors.  The letting of Salamanda Tandem means that the building is now nearly at full capacity.

Salamanda Tandem was founded in 1989 and has its roots in working with all kinds of people who have limited access to the arts.  Since 1994 has been one of the Arts Council England (East Midlands) board strategically funded Clients.

Isabel Jones, Director of Salamanda Tandem commented:-

“We hope that our relocation to West Bridgford will provide us with an ideal base to continue to work across boundaries to facilitate access to Dance, Music and Visual Artwork for a wide spectrum of people.  Further information about the work we do can be found on our website www.salamanda-tandem.org”.

Phil Donnelly of Step Enterprise added:-

“We were keen to find a Tenant that fitted in with the existing Tenant mix within the property and we feel that Salamanda Tandem will fit perfectly.  The property is now nearly fully occupied which illustrates that the money we spent on the refurbishment program is proving to be well spent.  We look forward to having a good relationship with Salamanda Tandem throughout their tenancy.  Should any individuals be looking for office space we may be able to accommodate this and I would encourage individuals to email me on p.donnelly@step.org.uk”.

Alastair Fearn of FHP commented further:-

“This letting illustrates that there still is demand in the West Bridgford area.  FHP do have other offices available to rent or buy in West Bridgford which are also seeing a healthy rate of interest with premises on Rectory Road under offer following refurbishement”.
