Acting on behalf of retained clients, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the former Geisha premises at 3 Broadway to PSL Enterprises Limited.

The letting was concluded at a rent of £70,000 per annum which devalues to a rate of £14.57 per ft² of accommodation.

It is anticipated that the tenants will open within the next 2 months in order to capitalise on the summer trade, and build sufficient momentum for the seasonal period.

The name of the new venture is yet to be confirmed, however it is understood that they will serve a mixture of fine Asian fusion cuisine, drawing particularly on influences from India and China.

Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:

“The Broadway area of the Lace Market has suffered due to the closure of several venues. This problem was further exacerbated by the recent change in customer profile of the area, and with the letting of 3 Broadway, together with the imminent letting of the former Sugar Bar premises, we are confident that we can restore this popular City Centre leisure circuit to its former glory”.
