Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the former Post Office at 11 Commercial Road, Bulwell to Coffee and Cream.
The tenant has taken a 15 year lease at a commencing rent of £15,500 per annum, and will trade as a coffee shop and café.
The premises provide circa 796ft² of ground floor accommodation, together with first floor stores of 479ft².
Steve Young of FHP commented:
“It has been particularly challenging to source a tenant for the former post office unit on Commercial Road, as there is a general shortage of tenant demand for secondary locations within the town. As such, I am delighted to have secured a tenant who already has an existing outlet, and a proven track record. They are anticipating that they will be open within 8 weeks, and I wish them every success.”
