Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce the appointment of James Hartley, 27 as a Surveyor within the Nottingham office.

James who has had over three years experience within the Nottingham market at EMDA and the Nottingham Office of Savills, graduated with a Masters in Property & Investment Management from Nottingham Trent University in 2004 and is currently working towards the final stages of his APC to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  James will primarily be focussing on office and industrial agency within the Nottingham market.

James commented, “As soon as the opportunity with Fisher Hargreaves Proctor came along I knew I had to jump at it.  It is not everyday that you get an opportunity to work for the leading East Midlands commercial property consultants.  This is an exciting move for me that will enable me to build upon the experiences I have already developed whist at the East Midlands Development Agency and Savills and I look forward to progressing my career at FHP.”

This appointment follows the appointments of Jonathan Sayer and Tom Houghton who have also joined the Office & Industrial Team at FHP’s Derby Office, increasing the size of the Office & Industrial Team to 10 surveyors at the two offices.
