Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been instructed as letting agents on the St Marks Place Shopping Centre, Newark, Nottinghamshire.

The scheme totals 120,000ft² and comprises of 36 shop units.  The scheme is located within the heart of Newark town centre flanked between Marks & Spencer, Stodman Street and Lombard Street.  Tenants within the Centre include Wilkinsons, New Look, 99p Stores, Clinton Cards, Clarks Shoes, Game and Bay Trading Co.

“FHP are now instructed on four major shopping centres throughout the East Midlands, the Broadmarsh Centre, Nottingham, The Priory Centre, Worksop, The Idlewells Centre, Sutton in Ashfield and now the St Marks Place.

St Marks Place is owned by Oakgate Group, a property development investment company based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.  Oakgate have been involved in a number of prestigious projects throughout the Midlands and the North including Exchange Quarter in Leeds, Stonegate, York and the development of the new flagship premises for HSBC Bank on Clumber Street in Nottingham.”
