Property Agents, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce that they have successfully completed the sale of a 1,694 ft² mixture of offices, workshop and stores on Ousebridge Drive in Carlton, Nottingham. 

This hybrid unit is located close to the Colwick Loop Road and the three year lease has just been completed at £10,000 per annum exclusive.
