FHP, acting on behalf of private clients, have sold the former Old Greyhound Public House in Aslockton for residential development.

The site, which totaled 0.662 acres, attracted considerable interest and was sold on an “unconditional basis” for a price in excess of £300,000.

David Hargreaves commented: “We have a number of small residential sites for sale and have seen a significant increase in interest in these opportunities over the past 12 months as Bank funding becomes a little easier and confidence starts to return to the housing market.  We have just brought 2 further sites to the market, 1 in Long Eaton for 9 houses and the other in Worksop for 19 houses, which again have generated early interest.”
