Acting on behalf of retained clients, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has secured the sale of a prominent local restaurant in Melton Mowbray.
The premises (formerly occupied by Miguels Taverna) provide some 1,200ft² of accommodation and were sold at a total price (including fixtures and fittings) of £198,000.
It is anticipated that the purchasers will refurbish the premises, and re-open as an Indian Restaurant.
Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented “Throughout the marketing period we received a high volume of enquiries from local and regional restaurateurs, and several offers were forthcoming. I am delighted that we have been able to complete this sale in what has become an increasingly difficult time to dispose of leisure property”.
