Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been appointed by the Neighbourhood Development Company (NDC) to act on their behalf in relation to all property matters on their portfolio.  The properties taken on include a number of retail units, an industrial business court, managed office space, a Well Being Centre and a medical centre. 

Virginia Wills, surveyor in the property management department commented “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are looking forward to working with NDC to realise the full potential of their property assets.  We are pleased to be appointed on the full range of property consultancy services as this allows us to really become involved across the whole portfolio.  We look forward to being a part of the redevelopment of this historic area of Nottingham.”

The government funding for the programme is due to end in 2010 when NDC are to provide a lasting legacy by continuing through the asset development plan.
