FULL OCCUPANCY AT CASTLEWOOD TRADE PARK

Following the final letting to TJ Timber & Joinery Supplies Limited, FHP Property Consultants on behalf of a private client are delighted to confirm full occupancy at Castlewood Trade Park.

The Trade Park includes Screwfix, Howdens and TJ Timber & Joinery Supplies, which provides an excellent mix of trade occupiers for the estate sitting alongside retail offerings of Greggs, Costa Drive-thru and Co-op.
