Working with Newmark we are delighted to welcome Rothera Bray to Mercury Place, Leicester.

Rothera Bray have moved to Mercury Place to continue to grow their business in Leicester where they have served businesses and individuals for more than 130 years.

FHP have worked on Mercury Place over the past 15 years, were involved in the original refurbishment and in conjunction with Newmark’s Property Management and Asset Management have ensured high occupancy throughout that period.

The letting to Rothera Bray means that the building is now again 100% occupied.
