ting on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments, Tim Gilbertson of FHP is delighted to confirm the letting of superb warehouse space at Blenheim Park, J26, M1 to Bunzl UK Limited, represented by Ian Muxlow of Savills.

As joint agent with James Keeton of Jones Lang LaSalle, Tim Gilbertson completed the transaction which sees Bunzl relocate from their current base in Nottingham to take advantage of this superb building which sits within sight of Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway.

The deal concluded means that all of Wilson Bowden’s existing stock on Blenheim is now fully occupied.  However, with plenty of land left available for design and build opportunities, for potential purchasers or tenants alike to have a bespoke unit created, there is still an opportunity for interested parties to take advantage of this location on the edge of Nottingham but within moments access of the M1 Motorway.
