Following other recent Property Management instructions within Derby City Centre, FHP are pleased to announce that they have now been instructed to manage office premises known at Burdett House, on behalf of Derek Robinson Limited.

The property comprises just over 16,000ft² of accommodation, over five floors.

The client has owned the property for a number of years, with them previously having benefited from a single tenant occupation of the whole property.  Following vacation earlier in the year terms have now been agreed for part occupation of 3 floors of the property which has meant that our client requires specialist property management experience to manage the communal elements and services of the property.
