Gleeds Expand in Nottingham

FHP are delighted to confirm that they have worked with Nottingham based Property Construction Consultancy, Gleeds, who have moved to new offices at Apex Business Park.

The new office has been taken adjacent to Gleeds’ existing satellite operation at Ruddington Lane to create a 20,000ft² campus of office space across the two buildings housing 210 staff.

Anthony Cork, Director of Gleeds in Nottingham, confirmed:-

“Gleeds have been searching for a suitable home for our Nottingham business for some time and by acquiring the building at Apex we are delighted to have been able to bring our teams together in one location.  We have worked with FHP who have supported us in acquiring the additional space which has enabled us to undertake an extensive refurbishment of both properties to provide state of the art workspace for all of our staff with excellent links to the City Centre”.

Gleeds have seen consistent growth across their project management and asset management arms in recent years providing advice for an increasing number of Clients in the UK and abroad from their East Midlands base.  This sustained success led to Gleeds seeking new premises.

John Proctor at FHP worked alongside Gleeds and confirmed:-

“It has been a pleasure working with Gleeds to bring together a campus in a location which enables them to have immediate access to the City Centre by the tram with excellent onsite car parking and the accessibility required by their teams who undertake work nationally from their Nottingham base”.
