Cathedral Quarter’s Leading Agent FHP Property Consultants have completed the letting of 2-6 The Strand to Graham Penny Auctions. Acting on behalf of Clowes Developments (UK) Limited, FHP have secured a new three year lease of the 2,193ft² unit which enjoys an excellent corner position at the junction of The Strand and St James Street.

Graham Penny Auctions is the leading Property Auctioneer for the East Midlands and the recent letting sees them expanding to take their second premises in the City. Derby Based Graham Penny Auctions act on behalf of private individuals, charities and local authorities holding 7 auctions per year and sold a total of £32 million worth of property in 2010.
