Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP are pleased to confirm the start of works at Railway View Business Park, Coney Green, close to Junction 29 of the M1 and approximately just 15 minutes from both the heart of Chesterfield and Alfreton.

With two deals already agreed and work started on site for occupiers taking units of around 15,000ft²/30,000ft², speculative development on the site is also due to start shortly with units ready for occupation in the early part of 2019.

All units to be constructed will be available to purchase or rent with a massive range of sizes from as little as 1,300ft² to 37,000ft².

To be marketed by Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson at FHP, Chris commented:

“What a great site and opportunity we have here.  Our clients have already started work on site on two bespoke units for expanding local occupiers who are each buying substantial warehouse/production space.  On the back of these though our clients are taking the sensible step and speculatively constructing a range of units from as little as 1,300ft², all of which will be available to purchase or rent.  We have a vast range of sizes available, the largest being just under 40,000ft² which we can offer, with all units available to rent or purchase.

Costs are competitive, our clients are building to a shell finish but can offer additional fit out if required and we anticipate the first phase of speculative development will be complete by early 2019.

With marketing literally only just starting, we have already had two or three very serious enquiries which we are progressing and with site signage going up shortly and marketing starting in full, hopefully we will receive further interest in the very near future.
