Steve Young, of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has completed the letting of Units 6 and 7 Fletcher Gate to Goji Restaurant Group Limited.  Goji are a new and vibrant brand specialising in Chinese and Oriental fusion cuisine, and are undertaking an aggressive expansion and acquisition programme throughout the UK, with a view to firmly establishing themselves as the UK’s first national Oriental cuisine brand. 

Units 6 and 7 provide some 3,979ft² of ground floor accommodation and Goji have taken on a 15 year Lease, at a rental of £90,000 per annum.  They have fitted the unit out to an extremely high standard, and it is envisaged that this branch will serve as their flagship restaurant.
