GRAZE GASTRO LIVE OPEN THEIR SECOND RESTAURANT IN BELPER!

FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce the recent opening of Graze Gastro Live in Belper. This property was acquired by the owners of Graze, Paul Gallagher and Francessa Smith at the joint sale between FHP and Graham Penny Auctions.

The property extending to 525m² (5,650ft²) which was brought last year and has undergone a complete refurbishment to transform it into an 80 cover restaurant with 60 seated lounge.

Paul Gallagher, owner of the building and restaurant commented:-

“This new venture will hopefully be an excellent offer for the Belper residents and area and on the back of our success over the last few years of Graze Friar Gate in Derby we look forward to making this just as successful.  Living in Belper I look forward to working with the chefs and staff to provide fine dining to the local people”.

This new restaurant has created 12 – 15 jobs for the area and will be priced in line with their existing Graze Restaurant on Friar Gate Derby of £9.95 for two course.

The opening evening was a most enjoyable night which was also accompanied by the popular Groovy Revolution Band from Cheshire.
