Cardzone Ltd t/a Paper Kisses celebrated the opening of their 30th branch following the recent acquisition of 50 Castle Street, Hinckley.
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor represented Cardzone who secured a new 10 year lease at a rental of £23,500 per annum with a rent free incentive.
The premises occupy a prime location within pedestrianised Castle Street and contain ground floor sales of 1,173ft² together with first floor stock of 570ft².
Mark Bradley, who handled the negotiations, commented:-
“It is very pleasing to have been involved with Cardzone in reaching this milestone of 30 branches with the acquisition of Hinckley which followed quickly on the heels of the relocation in Mansfield to 42 Westgate.
On the back of this steady growth in numbers of branches, Cardzone have recently announced record turnover and profits for the last financial years accounts. These provide a solid base from which to continue to grow the business and demonstrate to prospective landlords the covenant strength of the company. The expansion programme continues as there are a further 6 units in solicitors hands scheduled to open for trade prior to Christmas.”
