HOTELS HANDED OVER AT RIVERLIGHTS, DERBY

The Riverlights leisure scheme in Derby, which is nearing completion and which has been marketed by the Nottingham and Derby offices of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, has recently handed over the hotels to Holiday Inn and Hampton By Hilton for fitting out.

The scheme, which is managed by Rob Spencer’s Management Department at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, comprises a new bus station, Spar Europa Convenience Store, 2 hotels totalling 222 bedrooms, a casino and 5 bar and restaurant units.

David Hargreaves of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who is handling the lettings of the bar and restaurant units, confirms strong interest in each of the ground floor units which should be open and trading for Easter 2011.
