FHP are exceptionally pleased to announce that we have now let ten units at Quayside Court and have the last remaining two industrial units under offer, which means full capacity/occupancy has almost been achieved.
Alongside the standard 3-5-year lettings we have also managed to agree between three short term lettings on license agreements, two of which have been to television companies filming from the units with presenters such as Stacey Solomon and Nick Knowles.
New tenants to the site coming soon include an established dance school taking occupation of Unit 3 (above the Quayside Café) and Batfast, a global sports and entertainment business powered by world class technology, taking occupation of Unit 12.
