Property Management News

The property management department of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have recently been appointed to manage the residential apartment scheme known as Castle Brewery Apartments in Newark.

The site is a redevelopment of the old Castle Brewery site comprising 75 apartments within a mixture of the old brewery buildings and an element of new build construction.

The apartment scheme was developed approximately 5 years ago by Gleeson Plc, and following the sale of the last apartment the residents have now decided to take control of the management of the development, appointing Fisher Hargreaves Proctor to act on their behalf.

Rob Spencer, Partner in charge of property management commented “What is particularly pleasing is that this instruction was obtained purely through our reputation and performance on one of our current residential block management instructions.  The Chairman of the Residential Management Association received a referral direct from one of our other clients who had been through a similar process of electing the right to manage.”
