LACE MARKET BAR/CLUB “UNDER OFFER”

FHP acting on behalf of Orchid Group have put “under offer” the former Quilted Llama and Prohibition bar/club on Weekday Cross, Nottingham at a price close to the asking price of £750,000.

David Hargreaves confirmed that the property had been “under offer” previously for approximately 4 months, but the sale had fallen through.  The property was then remarketed and 3 offers were received, 2 on a freehold basis and 1 on a leasehold basis.

He commented: “We have seen an improvement in the leisure sector over the past 6 months as evidenced above, with a number of properties which have been on the market for some time now placed “under offer”.

The property is situated opposite the Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery, between Living Room and La Tasca, on the prime Lace Market circuit.
