Frankie Labbate, surveyor of FHP Property Consultants, has let 18 Commercial Road, Bulwell acting on behalf of private clients to New and Nearly on a new five year lease.

New and Nearly have been trading for many years from various other locations in the East Midlands.  This is their first retail outlet in Nottingham, which occupies a prominent position on the busy 18 Commercial Road, in the heart of Bulwell.
