FHP Property Consultants acting on behalf of Skipton Building Society have secured a subletting of their former Scarborough Building Society branch at 5 Cornhill, Lincoln to Cheque Centres on a lease expiring in November 2016 at the current rent passing of £26,250 per annum.

The property which contains a ground floor sales area of 924ft² has the benefit of an existing A2 planning consent resulting in Cheque Centres being able to complete the deal within their requisite timescale.
