FHP acting as joint agents alongside DWW are delighted to confirm the letting of warehouse premises at Stoney Cross Industrial Estate, Derby to AudioSpares. AudioSpares have taken a new seven year lease of the industrial premises extending to 4,468ft²

AudioSpares supply high quality audio and studio spares, components, music accessories and parts including their own AudioSpares brand and are re-sellers of Neutrik, Lynx, WBT, Deltron, Stagg, Citronic, AVSL and other leading brands. The relocation from Nottingham will enable the company to further expand its existing product range of several thousand products.
Jonathan Sayer, Surveyor at FHP who negotiated the letting, commented:

“This letting to AudioSpares is particularly pleasing. The high quality modern unit is fitted very well for their requirements given the nature of their products the extensive mezzanine store will be well utilised by AudioSpares.
