FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce another two occupiers for the popular and successful Langham Park Lows Lane Development in Stanton by Dale.

Langham Park Developments came up with the micro-tech concept in 2006 to give small businesses the chance to buy or lease new small, well-specified buildings.

The terrace of eight units are unique and have always proved to be extremely popular with small businesses. The units, which start at 736ft², were designed for a number of uses, including workshops, storage or offices.

The latest occupiers to the estate include Paul Gaughan Architects who have relocated from Ilketon town centre and Saviour Engineering who are already located on the estate. Both occupiers have seen their businesses expand over rent years and as a result needed additional space.

The transactions were handled by Associate Director at FHP Property Consultants, Laura West who commented:-

“Having been involved in the initial disposals in 2006 it has been a pleasure to handle the marketing of these units for the second time around. They are extremely well specified and conveniently located. The demand for this area for good quality premises continues to increase as a result of the overall quality of the scheme and the ability to provide units targeted specifically at the local and regional markets.”

For further information or to register your interest for future availability within the estate place contact Laura West on 07917 460029.
