FHP acting on behalf of Churchill Retirement Living have completed the sale of a plot of surplus land of circa 1.2 acres to Norse Homes.

The site, which was originally acquired back in 2019, sits adjacent to Manor Lodge the Churchill Retirement development of 43 Apartments.

David Hargreaves who acted for Churchill said, “The site in the sought after village of Ruddington totals 1.2 acres and has planning for 3 large Executive homes in a woodland setting”.

Hargreaves said the price achieved of £810,000 after Best Bids breaks back to an average plot value of £270,000.

FHP acted for the seller and Steve Parker of AIM Property Consultants acted for the buyer.
