In the space of a couple of months, Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor have now sold two substantial industrial units on Glaisdale Drive, Nottingham. The two units positioned next door to each othertotal just over 50,000ft² combined (20,000ft² & 30,000ft²).

The two sales were separate with different clients and different purchasers.
