FHP Property Consultants are pleased to confirm the letting of 14 St Peters Churchyard in Derby City Centre to LaVanta Foods, who will be fitting out the premises before opening up a Mediterranean style café.
The property extends to approximately 445 ft² and is situated between Reams Arts, Crafts and Stationery suppliers and Eddowes Waldron Solicitors.

The Café will be called LaVanta and is anticipated to open in March 2015.
