The Nottingham Office of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are pleased to confirm the letting of substantial industrial accommodation just off Lenton Lane on the popular Midway Estate to J McIntyre Machinery.
Acting on behalf of private investor clients, Tim Gilbertson BSc (Hons) MRICS, Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor secured a new 10 year lease of this high quality refurbished industrial unit to J McIntyre Machinery to complement their existing premises in the region.
Benefitting from large yard and car parking to the front of the production space, the unit forms part of the Midway Industrial Estate, just off Lenton Lane, Nottingham’s Ring Road.
The deal concluded sees a 10 year lease agreed to provide excellent long term income for our clients whilst also providing high quality, well specified production space close to the new tenants existing base, again just off Lenton Lane.

J McIntyre Machinery identified the building as suitable for their expansion plans and were attracted to its high quality refurbished space, following the works our clients had undertaken since vacation of the former tenant.
Not only was the unit well located but the specification was excellent and the building extremely well presented and therefore terms were agreed and we are pleased to confirm now the completion of the letting.
