Alan Pearson, Associate Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let 8 Croft Road, Arnold to Nailsco Limited.  Nailsco have taken a new, 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £17,000 per annum, subject to 5 yearly rent reviews.  The premises comprise of 937ft² and are arranged over two floors.

Alan Pearson of FHP commented, “The subject premises became vacant following my clients relocation to the City Centre.  The premises are located in a good secondary position within Arnold Town Centre, opposite one of the towns principal surfaced car parks.  The premises benefit from an angled frontage, facing front street, therefore increasing the prominence of the unit within the parade.  This proved a key attraction to a number of retailers who expressed interest in the property and after a couple of abortive negotiations we were able to secure a letting to Nailsco Limited.  The letting was completed at £17,000 per annum and when devalued this sets a new Zone A level for the parade.”
