Award winning Chartered Surveyors Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce the addition of 15 Low Pavement in Nottingham to their managed portfolio.

The property is located in the centre of Nottingham in strategic location just down from the shortly to be redeveloped Durys Walk entrance to the Broadmarsh Shopping Centre. Acting on behalf of the property owner, Carol Harvey who used to run Carol Harvey Estate Agents from the property, FHP will be providing a full accounting service, and attending to all landlord and tenant matters including regular property inspections.

David Powell commented “Mrs Harvey came to us with the existing tenant having fallen behind in their rent payments. This is becoming increasingly common and swift action is required to ensure recover and mitigate any potential losses. We quickly issued a claim form to the County Court and the tenant has since paid all the rental arrears”.
