Retail & Leisure News

A little over year since Evolve Estates, part of the M CORE Group, acquired Three Spires Shopping Centre in Lichfield, the leasing and professional activity continues at pace with the introduction of six new retailers and raft of new lease commitments from existing occupiers.

KFC, Energie Fitness, Touchwood Pharmacy, QT Plus and Vape World have all recently opened. This follows lettings to Starbucks and Edinburgh Woollen Mill who are open and trading their new stores.

We are also delighted to confirm that Holland & Barrett, Max Spielmann, O2 and Boots Opticians have committed long term to Three Spires. We look forward to announcing further lease renewals shortly.

Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented:

“Alongside our joint agent, Cited, we are delighted to be working with Evolve Estates and LCP in delivering their active asset management program by generating occupier demand and bringing new retailers to Three Spires Shopping Centre. Trading performance on opening has been superb and footfall in the scheme is now over 90,000 per week which is great to hear. It is also particularly good to see existing occupiers committing to new leases. A very encouraging sign and testament to the tireless work the entire team undertake at Three Spires to invest and improve the centre to create a safe and inviting shopping environment.”
