FHP are delighted to announce a new management instruction for 14 Park Row, Nottingham. The office block comprises 20,639 square feet across five floors and a basement, and is served by two lifts, a full air conditioning system and a private car park. The property stands in a prominent location just off Maid Marian Way in the city centre, and current tenants include UHY Hacker Young, Buckles Law and The Foresight Group. The instruction includes administration and management of both rent and service charge.
